Mr. Kiker grew up in the Palm Beach, Florida area and attended Palm Beach Community College with specific training in Auto Cad drafting and pre-engineering courses. In 1984 Mr. Kiker began his construction career with Triangle Sprinkler Company, eventually being promoted to foreman. Ben relocated to the Atlanta area in 1994 and continued his career with K&K Fire Protection as a field supervisor. In 1997 Mr. Kiker joined Atlantic Coast Fire Protection as Assistant General Superintendent responsible for various field crews, site coordination and installation.

Ben joined Zebra Construction Company as a superintendent in 1999 and served as superintendent, general superintendent, project manager, estimator and safety director. In 2011 Ben Joined C.A. Murren and Sons Contracting and served as the Project General Superintendent for the HWI Structure at the Plant Vogtle Nuclear Facility.

In 2012 Mr. Kiker joined Hemma Concrete as the Director of Field Operations and Safety in July of 2012. Ben holds numerous industry certifications and is an accredited safety trainer as well as a structural masonry inspector. Ben also holds certifications from the American Concrete Institute as a super flat floor slab technician and as a tilt wall construction technician. In the past Mr. Kiker has sat on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders & Contractors of Georgia and has also served as Chairman of the ABC Safety Committee.

In his spare time Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children in Northwest Ga.
