Matt Cogbill is the President of Hemma Concrete, who oversees our Commercial Concrete and Masonry divisions. With 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as an estimator and project manager, Matt has worked for large general contractors, as well as specialty subcontractors in the heavy civil and commercial construction industries. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects ranging in size from $10k to $135m.
As our President, Matt is responsible for the leadership and oversight of all strategic planning and implementation at Hemma Concrete. Matt is skilled in estimating, preconstruction processes, contract negotiations, project scheduling, project management and quality control.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.
